The era we now know as “Art Deco” received its moniker from the Exposition International des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes, held in Paris in 1925, which was largely dedicated to the jewelry arts. Emphasis was placed on the association of art and modern industry.
This fantastic Deco ring utilizes both yellow and white 18 karat gold to perfection. The ring face is primarily crafted of white gold, with yellow gold making up the entire ring shank. The low profile is studded in shimmering diamonds and bright hot pink rubies, accentuating the architectural design of the piece. It evokes images of a hotel or theater lobby from the era! Named for Clara Bow, the 'It' Girl of her time, it will have you wanting to take a champagne bubble bath, dance the Charleston until the wee hours, and enjoy a nightcap while waxing poetic with all the dashing young writers in your circle!
