SOLD Antique 14K & Pearl Crescent Necklace

Crescent moons were popular in Victorian jewelry, and were sometimes given to new brides to commemorate their honeymoons. Our example began as a brooch, and has been converted into a necklace. Set in 14 karat gold, the crescent holds 17 graduated seed pearls. The added chain has an extra jump ring, which makes it adjustable.
