In the Victorian language of flowers, the name Pansy derived from the French word "penser" for "to think". It represented the idea that one would think of and consider the memory of a loved one who departed. The symbol was also used among the living to send a "thinking of you" message.
Bracelets were wildly popular during the Victorian Era! Women would wear five or six on each arm, showing off their stylishness and putting this important accessory on display!
This fabulous bangle bracelet is crafted in 14 karat yellow gold, with five golden pansies and roping across the top. Each blossom is punctuated with a glittering diamond. A beautiful piece to mix and match, or to wear on its own, with a sweet floral message to remember all your loved ones!
