SOLD Antique Edwardian 15K & Diamond Brooch/Bar Pin

A beautiful brooch from the Edwardian Era, this piece has been elaborately crafted in 15 karat yellow gold, with Etruscan Revival style and techniques combined with the popular Celestial craze that had been going strong for around twenty some-odd years. A circle of eight glittering diamonds surround a larger central one, inset into the face of the brooch, it creates a dazzling effect. This would have been worn at the collar, like a fat bar pin. But today? The sky's the limit on the many ways to include this treasure into your wardrobe!
