Art Nouveau is an ornamental style of art that flourished between about 1890 and 1910 throughout Europe and the United States. Art Nouveau is characterized by its use of a long, sinuous, organic line and was employed most often in architecture, interior design, jewelry, and glass design.  It was a deliberate attempt to create a new style, free of the style that dominated much of 19th-century art and design.

This beautiful dragonfly began as a brooch which we have converted into a ring using a lovely vintage wedding band. With naturalistic details and a spectacular patina, she is accented with a glittering diamond on each gossamer wing. Wonderful for a Bohemian look, she also transitions well for dressy occasions. With the slightest movement of your hand, she will flick and flitter her way into the hearts of all your admirers!
