The era we now know as “Art Deco” received its moniker from the Exposition International des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes, held in Paris in 1925, which was largely dedicated to the jewelry arts. Emphasis was placed on the association of art and modern industry.
A popular design of this period was the "Bullseye" or "Target" ring, with interspersed gems set in the formation of an archer's target. This ring showcases a beautiful center diamond, ringed in French cut sapphires, and accented with four baguette cut diamonds. More diamonds flank the shoulders, giving a glittery shine from every angle! Mounted on a simple, structured basket, it makes a classic presentation of the art deco bullseye motif. A wonderful ring to add sparkle and style to all the Deco admirers out there; you're sure to make your mark while wearing this beauty!
