Antique 9K & Garnet Riviere Necklace With Original Box

This wonderful, delicate yet dramatic necklace is set in nine yellow gold, with thirty foil-backed garnets linked with cable chain stations. All original, with the clasp fitting invisibly into a garnet setting, it flows around the neck like a river of sparkling scarlet gems, hence the French term 'Riviere'. This piece comes with its original box, in handsome brown leather with a secure closure. A great find-perfect to wear on its own or with other chains for a layered look!
