SOLD Antique 15K, Ruby & Pearl Floral Circlet Brooch

The Forget-Me-Not motif was highly popular during the Georgian and Victorian eras and was included on jewels and trinkets given as tokens of affection. This sweet little gem features an oval half studded in seed pearls and half set with rubies, with two little flowers on either side, one in pearls with a ruby center, and the other in rubies with a pearl center, possibly representing two lovers. A sweet token when it was first given, now a treasure in your collection!
